Ask for a valuation: send us a photo of your hair, nails or lashes on WhatsApp and we will tell you what suits you, what it costs and how long it takes — before you book anything. If the honest answer is a $520 treatment rather than a $2,500 smoothing service, we will say so.

What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 20:00, and Saturday, 9:00 to 19:00. Closed Sundays.

Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
We recommend an appointment, especially for color and treatments that take several hours. You can book online any time, message us on WhatsApp, or call. We do take walk-ins based on the day's availability.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we are pet friendly. You are welcome to come with your pet as long as it is calm around people and comes on a leash or in a carrier.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, free WiFi for clients. Color and treatment services take several hours, so you can work or watch something while you wait. We also offer you a complimentary drink.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, and debit and credit cards.
Do you offer interest-free monthly payments?
Yes. We offer 3 interest-free monthly payments with any credit card on purchases from $2,000 MXN.
Are the published prices final?
Prices marked “from” apply to hair at shoulder length and above. If your hair is longer or denser, we tell you the adjustment before starting the service, never at the end.
Do your services come with a guarantee?
Yes. Every service carries a 72-hour guarantee, and gel nails 5 days. If something did not turn out the way we agreed, come back within that window and we will correct it at no cost.
